what oil wt. for 6.4

Hey guys, being new to the 6.4 I was wondering which weight oil (not brand) have yall found to be better for warm enviroments? I live in central Fl. coming from a 7.3 couldnt tell a difference between 5w, or 15w.

In your climate a 5w40 and a 15w40 will be the same. I use 5w40 only cause I see -50f during the winter months do I need the light oil.

Is Rotella T 15/40 ok to use in the 6.4's?? Ive used it for years in all my 7.3's buy it in 50 gal drums.

Run 0w40 all year round.

I've always ran 5w40 full synthetic oil.
