7.3L chips with better fuel mileage

I'm looking for some quotes on 7.3L chips. It's for my fathers 2000 7.3L dually completely stock. He drives ALOT as he is a welder by trade and goes from oil plant to oil plant, state to state. He is interested in a chip to increase his fuel mileage as long as he doesn't lose power. Please PM some pricing. Thanks guys!
