Airdog fuel leak!

Trying to get this leak situation figured out. I had the airdog 2 165 installed a few days ago and have been fighting a few small leaks. I think I stopped the leaks around the pump itself but the quick connect fitting is leaking going to the engine. The female quick connect fitting on the factory line. It has two blue tabs that lock it in. Not sure what the fix is. Anyone else had this issue?

Are you sure that they are in all the way? You can normally feel it lock.
I changed all the fittings to AN fittings.

Yeah I can hear it lock in. I took it apart and it looks ok just looking at it. Put it back together and took the truck for a drive. Still leaking. There is a yellow o-ring in the quick connect fitting. Maybe the o-ring is bad.
