that whole bracket started out as 1/4" thick plate. i made a cardboard bracket,then transfered that to the plate. plasma cut it out,then cleaned up the edges with a belt sander,and carbide drum.

Can you post a picture of the exhaust running down the fender and around the frame Kyle? Turbos look killer!!
