Under hard boost?

Most likely its the pipe between turbo or the gasket on the exhaust side between turbos

Chances are its a wheel hitting the housing. Pull the intake off and see if you can move the shaft

Sounds like the beginning of wheel-to-housing contact. Does it do it right off idle, say when thrust is first applied?

Could be the high pressure. Shouldn't make any noise how long has this been going on?

Hmm. Idk how long time but its Prolly 3000 miles. Notice it the most under acceleration. Does not do it when start up.

Are you sure it isn't wind noise? My truck will do this when its cold and windy but I read up and its just the window seal. I noticed it with both sets of turbos I've had on it so I ruled that out right away.
