Mirror lense removal

Is there a special way to removal the mirror lense? I tried prying it and it sounds as if I am breaking it. Thankd

Push the mirror glass all the way in, toward the cab. There is a little tab that you will barely be able to see right underneath the lens. Push on that with a long screwdriver, and the lens comes right out.
