Whats up guys and gals, just moved to san diego, pt loma area, from ohio. Can anyone tell me of any pulls if there are any out here?

No pulls that I know of. Just desert racing, river, surfing, fishing, tacos, warm weather, and nice looking women.

California Air Resources board doesn't allow truck/tractor pulling...

There were not any down there when I lived down there. You could find some when you get up in the central valley but few and far between.
