What is gained by going w/ the upgrade?

The Stage 1 AirDog Upgrade allows for removal of the factory fuel bowl on top of the motor. This allows fuel to be pumped directly to the high pressure fuel pump. The airdog upgrade will supply enough fuel for a single hpfp application and 110 horsepower nozzles.

How does the AirDog plus upgrade compare to something like the Elite lpfp kit?
