Hi Guys, I thought I share a bit of my readings from my last tow.
06 F250 with 180-75 MPD injectors, Powermax turbo, SCT tow tune and 3.73 gears.
Cruising with a 35 Glendale Titanium at 5250KG weight on flat road and 60-65mph.
Boost is 7-9Psi, Egt's are 900-1050 !!!!!!
I'm the only one who things thats to hot?
Give me some tips and hints to get the temps down, please.

Seems a tad warm for flat ground. 750-900 with a big trailer on flat ground is pretty standard. An intercooler and ported intake manifold would probably net you a drop of 100-150 degrees. Have also heard the batmo wheel will drop temps.

I'm looking into every option before changing injectors to a smaler size. What is a good size injector for that size of a load. 13000lbs 5th. wheel

Thats about where you're gonna be with those injectors and that weight.

Are you using a tow tune built for those sticks?

add water injection that helps a lot, you can also get a bigger intercooler or bigger turbo.

I tow with stage 3s at 40K+ lbs gross weight (truck, trailer + cargo)
