Need help!

Ok a buddy of mine has an 08 w/spartan. While he was changing tunes he says he "accidentally shut off the tuner" now it wont communicate with the truck. Wont load stock or any tunes. Wont pull any codes either, not communicating... Is the PCM fried or could it be a blown fuse????

well my SCT failed while loading. I did everything I could. check my thread in the tech section-ok, truck is still down... I took it to ford. PCM fried. hope that helps. I'm getting mine back this week
