New, this thing is 76,000. EVERY OPTION BLOCK WAS CHECKED. 32 inch LCD TV, Rockford Fosgate surround sound/amp/subwoofer. Outside stereo as well. 5500 generator. 6 queen beds. 12 foot garage. 3 slidouts.....

Loaded.

I bought it for 39,000 last year. I dont use it enough. Plain and simple. For fear of it rotting away in my yard, someone else can get some use out of her. All I do with her now is drive it around once a month to make sure everything is working.... Kind of a waste....

35,000 FIRM. Loan value is 48,000..... I only owe 34,---.... Just wanna get rid of the note. I wanna sell this, so I can get a 50 foot goosneck trailer for my 250 to fit inside, and build my own toy hauler! LOL

With a model #4012 it sounds like a monster trailer

Is it a triple axle?

Yup, triple axle with 18,000 gross. 13,400 empty. (13,700 is the lightest I have ever had it. Some fresh water, some grey water, and an empty black water tank. 2,500 cargo capacity in the garage.

And the 4012 denotes 40 foot overall length, and 12 feet of that being garage space.

Pics of the big rig. Photobucket hates me.... So, I am posting them as attachments....

All outside views, so as to see how big this fokker is. And an Onan Marquis 5500 generator in the front, tucked under the nose.

These are inside. Lots of room in there....

This is just the entertainment system. The TV flips out, so you can see it from the couch. Also, 8 speakers in the ceiling. Appear to be 6 inch, with tweeters in them. But I am not gonna measure them.

How high is the bottom of the neck when level? Are the springs mounted on the bottom or the top of the axle? What size tires are on it?

Ill look at all that when I get off work this afternoon. I have an adjustable height 5th wheel hitch in the 450. And it is at the 2 highest level. Otherwise stock height 450, and the rig sits perfectly level when loaded, and less than 1 inch higher in the rear when unloaded.

I didn't get a chance to hook it to the truck and measure it yet... Running around like a mad man getting set for my trip to Final Four. Tires are 225/75/15. Springs are on top of axles.

Thanks Corb, but with the springs on top of the axle I can't flip them to make it higher, so I won't be able to pull it with my truck.

How tall is your truck? I have 5 inch blocks on 35s on the 250, and it sat straight. A few inches of block under the springs is easier to do with a jack, and not have to lift the trailer up....
