What would look best on my truck,(pic in avatar)? A 4.5" Icon lift with 35's, or a 7" Icon with 37's? I'm not concerned with mileage as I don't use this truck as a DD. Give me some opinions on wheels too. I'm thinking 20" chrome Novakane's if 35's are used. And 22" if 37's.

4.5 icon with 37's imo. I am a fan of black rims but i would go with chrome on red for sure! Nice ride.
