little different headlights...

decided to change up the reflector on my headlights, i wanted to do something different but i couldnt think of anything i like, then i realized i had a couple damaged stickers so i decided to make something a little custom on my reflector

I thought it was going to look cheesy but i actually like how it turned out.

Looks good man, and BTW send some of that wet stuff our way please.

i think its rained every day for the last 7 days.. im tired of it LOL my wifes car looks like a mudbogger :hehe:

i just layed stickers over the reflector after i took the lights apart and then painted them, peeled and assmebled the lights again, they have been apart once before so they come apart easy now

Ill take a picture tonight with the park lights on, i dont think you can see the full psa with how the lighting works but we will see.

Thats what i wanted, i was tired of how the reflector stuck out like a sore thumb, but i didnt want to black the whole thing out like i have seen before so i thought i would give it a try. I can always change it or do whatever down the road with them.

How'd you prep the surface of the reflector for paint. I haven't had much luck keeping the paint on for long, 3-4 months is all and then it starts flaking and peeling.

bulldog adhiesion promoter, i dont even scuff them, never had problems, normally i scuff if i can but i was worried about lifting the edge of the sticker and not having a definate line in the paint. So i didnt do anything but bull dog. that stuff is amazing.
