conversion cruise control

I am having some issues getting my cruise to work. Truck is a 00 f-450, 04.5 CR w/bell mount apps using a destroked throttle cable. Cruise control servo is from a 01 ford explorer with a 10 pin connector. I have all the pinouts for the truck and the servo from All Data, just doesn't want to work. I tried a different servo also just to rule that out. need help please:fustrate:

What ECM is the truck running ?

How did you connect the servo to the truck ?

What voltages does the shop manual for the servo say you need to have it work ?

What voltages do you have ?
