Okay found out the rules for my local county fairs workstock and they are requiring that the turbo not only be stock appearing but stock size so my question is, will my D66 inlet size be the same as the stock garrett?

The compresure wheel inducer will be about 8 to 10mm bigger then the stock turbo..
The air intake will "look" and is the same size as the factory turbo..
You should be good as long as they do not make you take the air intake boot off. If they measure the wheel you will be introuble..

D66 is about as stock appearing as there is. Unless they know exactly what to look for or are measuring it you'll be fine..
