I bought the girlfriend a 2010 TDI Jetta with 19k miles while I was home. My dad and I will put it back together in July when I am home on leave. Easy fix...no frame damage, just front end parts and air bags. I got a fair deal and should be able to have it done for 12-13k. Not bad for a 20K car that gets 45 miles to the gallon!

Please feel free to give me pointers if there are any TDI guys out there. I do plan to use Wolfburg or GTI lights and grill to make it look a little better.

Here is some updated pics. We are at 90% with some minor paint work left and airbag lights. They change things every year so it gets harder all the time to figure out what you need to replace to get lights off, even with Ross-Tech VAGCOM program.

I did GLI grills and headlights to get rid of chrome front end.

Very nice car and much quicker than older models. The 2.0 TDI motor with the new DSG trans does really well. I just hope this auto is better than their old auto trans.

I have an '09 with the DSG with118k and it still feels good as new.

Great looking car, I love the head lights. Where did you get them?
