need help on 08 front end conversion!!!!

I'm doing a front end conversion on my 2002 F-350 and I can't get the 08 wiper transmission to go in. I know it ( or something ) has to be modded a bit, but I can't figure out what... I've been following Hco4x4's build on the org. But I am stumped right now and am in need of assistance!!!

Get with TONKA350 on here. I believe he did an 08 conversion.

I've decided to do this as soon as funds allow... pics please!

the transmission is really easy actually, what I did with mine was use the stock one and lowered it ( spaced ) it down on the on the bracket and it worked very well. the whole conversion is not very hard at all. I have a few things that need "tweaked" fixed but just because I kinda got lazy on mine lol
