Re-wire the whole truck?

Wondering how many of you have re-wired your whole stereo system and how you harnessed them at the end?

I have all new wires ran from the amp to each speaker (in factory locations). I also hijacked my temp controls on the wheel to control my pioneer head unit. All new speaker and amps. Box behind the 60 seat.

Ok, I'm looking at doing my whole truck and don't want the crap factory wire. I got a buddy who I help re-wire his truck but was never there to finish it. I think Im about to spend a few dollars haha.
