EOT/ECT Delta

During normal driving 70 MPH) I see a difference of about 11-12*, ECT is at 192 and EOT is at 203-204. Is this normal? I just changed my engine oil about 1k ago with Valvoline Blue Extreme. It was running the same with the Valvoline Blue. Could my tires be putting more stress on the motor making it run hotter? Once you stop at a light the temp will come down relatively quick to under 200 so I am at a loss here.

our 6.7 runs right below EOT 200~ if i remember correctly and ECT 190~... on 33's. were running rotella T6 synthetic.
