It is brand new. We drove the truck from the dealer to the conversion company. It is vinyl gray, but no flip down console. I was planning on mounting it on my flatbed, but decided it is way too nice. Not sure what they are worth, but it is mint and for sale. Located in Oregon.

I haven't taken pics yet. I've been too busy with work. If you can imagine a seat with 30 miles on the truck and no riders in the rear, that is what you will be getting. For a while it still had the factory smell, but it has been in my shop covered up, so I believe it is gone now.

I was figuring on $150 plus shipping.
