New gears, New tires...new tune?

Hey ya. Have had your tune for a while now. Have since lifted the truck, went from 4.10 gears and stock tires to 4.88 gears and 37's.

I am also thinking about ordering a srp1.1 hpop, as the truck feels like it is running out of breath above 2300 rpm. (which I see a lot now with the new gears)

I remember when I ordered my chip and tunes, on the form, you inquired about gears and tire size. I am assuming this was for shift points.

Should I send this one back for retuning?
