2010 Front clip, motor, and trans on my 02' Excursion

Any suggestions on builting my 6.4 and trans before I stuff them into my 02' Excursion?

i would freshin up the heads just for peace of mind.

elite head studs

elites stage 1 valve train (if funds permit)

the tranny as well. both elite and suncoast are a good starting point, i am going with elites tranny.

EGR delete...depending on the power level you want but i would do the wastegate. along with an aftermarket intake elbow...i have a CFM plus elbow but a lot of people want the bling factor and go a different way.

6.0 exhaust manifolds and up-pipes (the up-pipes arent the same from the 6.0 to the 6.4 so they will most likely be custom)

you wont need turbos unless you want to bump it up some. with this set up you can make well north of 550-600

Add a set of HP compounds and you will be dialed. Bullydog LOL

As far as the swap be sure to get a full wire harness, dash module, all the pcms, tcms ect to make it work

We tend to get off tract easily. I was hoping that he knew to get the parts you mentioned since hop up parts were being considered.

Look one CL, there is a guy here locally selling a 6.4 and a 5R110.
