The balast is used but the bulbs are new H4 5000k.
You might be able to get Retro Solutions to do a bulb swap.
One of the bulbs went out so I got new replacements but we sold the car before I got to reinstall them.
If you don't need the fancy box, I can wrap everything and priority ship to your door for 50 bucks.
