fabricators/ pipe benders bumper builders

Anyone know any good houston area are fabricators? or someone willing to build this bumper? I want the bumper in the pic ive uplaoded but thuren doesnt make them anymore. I can do everythig to build it minus bending the tube steel.. anyone know someone to bend the tubing or just have a really good fabricator in the houston area that could build this for cheap? shoot me a Pm if you have any info.

hell id be willing to have someone non local build it if the price was right

chances are they will need a mock up truck like yours not the one in the pic ,,

there has to be a fab guy in your neck of the woods ?

Or you could take the money you would pay to have the tubing bent and buy/build a tube bender. And now u have a tube bender for future projects.

been looking for a tube bender locally but to be honest im not sure what im looking for.. researching as we speak.

there is a guy out in baycliff called AAE customs who mainly does jeep stuff and ill be running it by him for a quote next weekend, problem is he is far and not open when i need him to be. Im trying to find a fabricator in cypress but having no luck so far

I dont mind to leave my truck at a shop for a week or so.. just got to find the right person and time to do it. Im motivated though as my bumpers are off and truck is ready

yeah ive seen every image under the sun! im just gonna make my own. got a bender and jointer on the way

I stopped my self on the notcher.. im not sure if i want to use the drill press design or hand drill.. ill never build anythign sharper than 90 degree and im not sure which one i should buy? im waiting on some feedback from OFN and ill make my descition from there.

you will most def want a press one ive burnt up a few drills trying to do it with a hand held drill

yeah after my bumpers, side steps and tire gate i think im going to do some dual shock mounts and try to get creative. I like the jd2 but damn that 2" die is pricey..

all the bumpers ive esen are atleast 1.75" .120 so i was just going to follow that size. I was thinking that a 2" pipe would look good since the 250's are so big. Anything smaller would look funny to me. the schedule of the pipe ist to important to me its just the OD im after
