Kinda curious Those of you that have had your front knuckles off what alignment bushings did you find in there. The Dana 60 I am getting ready to put in mine had a zero in one side and a .45 deg in the other. I am wondering how accurate the axle is welded up to begin with and how stable the alignment stays. It has got to be better then a Dana 50.

When you rebuild one it will change so just install whatever you have and get it checked..unless you have the ability to check yourself.

I can do camber that is easy. I wish I had an easy way at home to do caster. Brad did you take yours to an alignment shop after your conversion or did you just tape measure the toe?
