6.7 fuel tank under vacmum

anyone else notice when you stop to get fuel and pull the cap that the tanks under vacuum? or do i have i vent plugged some where?

Mine doesn't do that, but it is only 2 weeks old and 3 tanks of fuel

sounds like a plugged vent?

Either insufficient vent design or there is a low spot in the vent where fuel is puddling and not allowing air to vent out. Try splicing the vent line with a tee and adding a second vent hose to it. That's how the aftermarket large capacity tank kits do it.
