Have 2 copper crush seals stuck down in my injector cups on my dt360 and wondering if anyone had any tricks to removing them??

Managed to get em out. Used a lag bolt on one and a flathead screw driver in the other

Pick wasn't doin it. The one I used a screw driver on, I tapped it in with a hammer and had to twist it with a channel locks. Came right out
