Here you go guys! Latest addition to our collection of custom up-pipe configurations. We have released our new Competition 6.4 up-pipes for 6.0 manifolds as a little more affordable option to some of the higher priced setups. We tested and explored many different options and settled with a setup very similar to this on our drag truck last season to aleviate many of our up-pipe troubles with stock vgt turbos. We have also tested these on Aarons daily which was featured in DPC this year. We are now making it an affordable alternative availible to rest of the 6.4 world. The new up-pipes are featured with a full stainless construction using a much heavier wall thickness pipe than factory. We have also V-banded the bottums of the up-pipes and the 6.0 manifold's outlets for a much more superior seal. We have these availible with our standard heavy duty bellows and also with our extreme duty bellows as pictured for withstanding serious abuse. These can be purchased our 6.0 v-banded manifolds or you can choose to send in your own 6.0 manifolds for us to V-band and also with your choice of adding wastegate provisions. Pricing starting at $849. Please call us for more details.

The vband and the manifold is a good call for sure. My stock 6.0 bolts stretch almost every pass... Need to address that soon.

Looks very nice good work!

Thanks bubba.

We never stretched bolts, never lucky enough to just throw a set of bolts in. Ran into a lot of problems with the thin wall 16ga piping expanding beyond the ball and socket joint causing the up pipe length to essentially shrink and no longer seal on the ball and socket. We really spent more time with trial and error perfecting our 6.0 manifold set up than any other set we've tried. The above setup is really the ticket when using 6.0 manifolds.

Another look- This set we incorporated an EGR delete with wastegate into the up-pipe and just flanged the gate directly to rid all gaskets except for the triangle gaskets at the turbo inlet. In testing we found this to be nearly as bulletproof as it could get when paired with the gate outlet being welded directly into the downpipe.
