my build

next week shane is coming down and he is gonna tear into my engine.
build is including the following upgrades:
ARP headstuds
Elite EGR delete w wastegate
Elite 6.0 manifolds
BD BOV
Diesel Site coolant filteration system and boots
nothing crazy right now. we are hoping to have it done so we can let it rip for bd dyno days (june 4). ill represent us 6-4 guys lol. shane was supposed to dyno too but he is taking is motor out to do some serious shiet. will keep this up to date.

Good luck with the build. I would love to try the Elite 6.0 manifolds and up pipes. Maybe my next mod...

thanks man. i think ill have your fuel pump today been waiting at the border forever. it only made sense to do them now since its already being torn a part.

yeah manifolds are a must, i feel so much better about how my truck is built off that mod alone, when i strip this pile they will stay on

anyone running the 6.0 manifolds on stock turbos?

he doing all your work cab cab on or did you end up taking it off?

i took the cab off, white monster is the only one i know that did the work cab on, he said its a mofo but it can be done

yeah thats the shane that is doing the work for him...wondering if they are gonna pull the cab or leave it on.

after what shane has done to his truck mine is def cab on job. he will even have the luxury of working in an actual shop lol. he did his in a house garage

they should work the same like the aftermarket turbos

but is there any gains? quicker spool up possibly on stock turbos?

i honestly couldnt tell you since the comparison i felt was from stock to HP turbos. the 6.0 exhaust manifolds look like they would flow better then 6.4.
i wish i wouldve done it when my cab was up

i am doing it more so for reliability a little gain would be a bonus

I thought you were sticking in a set of Hamiltons pushrods too?

We were going to but they aren't the right length. I did some checking on them. Pog will also be getting my CCV mod as well. Should be a fun build, hopefully have it done in 5 days.
