No totally different. The engine mounts on a 6.4 are not like 07 down. It's kinda hard to describe, but the rubber is like a big donut. So the mount area on frame is recessed for this.
Frame wise from the engine firewall forward is where the most change is made to the 08 up frame, crossmember included.
Anything is possible depending on what you're doing, but not going to be a Bolton whatever it is you're doing.
