MCC Won't install

So, I'm trying to install MCC and it says to me:

Unable to execute file in the temporary directory. Setup Aborted.

Error 5: Access Denied.

Any insights? Running Windows 7 and I am the administrator on the computer.

instead of opening it, save it to the desktop or something and give that a try

Right click on it and click "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR"

Good to go.

Apparently it's a known issue with Windows they're "working on".

Microsoft sucks.
