New radio, but want to keep sync...

My supervisor on the rig has a 2011 F250. He has all the SYNC and bluetooth stuff through his radio and steering wheel, but doesnt have the screen for navigation. I dont know a whole lot about these trucks so I was hoping that somebody could help with the following questions....

What is a good indash radio and where could he purchase one?
Will it keep his SYNC, VOICE, bluetooth and all the stuff he already has?
If so what all adapters are needed?
And if Im missing anything, opinions and facts are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I prefer Pioneer head units. If you need one let me know. Also he will need a PAC MS-FDR1 with the SWI-RC. This will retain his SYNC and steering wheel controls and the Sony system if he has it. Let me know if you need these as well.

ford sales an upgrade you can buy on ebay keeps all the harness intact, keeps your sync and everything and youll have the oem nav i think its about 2k and is sold as a kit look on ebay just search 2011 super duty oem nav... good luck
