Auto Trans Shift Indicator Assembly

I need a shift indicator assembly (or just the cable part of it, as mine is snapped) for a 2004 Excursion 6.0. I have a part number: F81Z7A110CA, but it appears that is only for 99-03 trucks as its for the 4R100 tranny (PNRD21, mine needs to be PNRD321).
