6.4 swap 03 f250 7.3 or 86 f250

I used the search and couldn't find what i was looking for. Anyway I've found a good deal on a 6.4 Eng complete 10,000 miles and I was playing with thought of swapping into my 03 f250 7.3 or my 86 and making a puller out of it. I'm just looking for any and all input. I'm just gathering info and opinions on this project that I might start. The reason I like the 6.4 so much, my bud has one and it blew me away with the shear power. He also sled pulls regularly so figured it would be a good start and something different also I'm not a cummins fan so that route is out. Thanks for any input fellas

86. I'm debating right now to put a 6.0 in a 86 2wd I have. I'd like to do a 6.4 but I can pick up a 6.0 cheaper.

how much for what and I was wondering on a stand alone computer and then i need to control the trans and what not
