Daytime Running Lights??

I have an 08 and I'm wondering if there's a relay to disable the daytime running lights. The only time im able to run parking lights by themselves is when the trucks in park once I go into gear the DRL's come on. Does anyone know how to disable them???

you shouldn't ever have any lights on till dark if you have the auto switch. and if you don't, then you have to manually turn the switch to parking lights, or low beams...

My 02 was originally from Canada and had DRLs, just unplugged it from right behind the driverside headlight.

Didnt know that 08s had them though.....

If it's a Canadian truck, it will have drls. Pretty sure they can be turned off with IDS.

i only have the three position switch w/ OFF, Parking Lamps, and headlights..the DRL's work with the the switch off as well as when its switched to parking lamp and when you turn it to headlights they go from half intensity to full
