Whose headers do you have?
How do you like them?
Gains?
Temp reduction?
Quicker spoolups?
Problems?

Basically I want to know how you like them etc...

Thanks,

Patrick

There's hardly anyone out there running headers. I'd use that money for a gogo intake manifold first before i'd get headers. There's more of a restriction with the intake manifold than there is with the exhaust manifolds.

I already had that in mind... I was just trying to match things up and continue helping the truck breathe

I would go with higher flowing manifolds over headers. But like Strokin6L said the bigger restriction is in the intake manifold.

What are your horsepower goals? Unless you are going all out I don't think they are needed.

Since most high HP 6.4 builds use stock 6.0 manifolds, I'd say there is no need for them.

Ceramic coating will help the heat.... I cant speak for how much, but it should. Maybe do both if you are concerned.

Yes I do... :tree::D ... This truck is probably gonna make Rykan insane because I refuse to lose my AC...

I wonder if ceramic and getting levi to build me manifold blankets would be overkill

The best headers would be a 1 manifold conversion. Then remove .1 liter and utilize the 5.9. hehe.
