I think Central Motive Power might do that kind of work.
I rebuilt my stocker a few years ago myself with parts from Ron. Pretty easy to do.

There is a place in denver called interstate turbo that should be able to do it. Or you could order stuff from like gpopshop.com and do it yourself.

if it is a stocker, beans has a do it urself kit for alittle over a hundred bucks. Its not hard to do

If i were you I would get the rebiuld kit for the D66 from beans. Im sure they can hook you up with everything you need. As long as your somewhat mechanically inclined you can do it yourself.
