hid & dot inspections

well since i got i pulled the other day i now have to get a cdl class a and a few other things. wanting to switch up head lights in my truck and was wondering if anyone has ever had any issues at scale houses etc with hid headlights. these will be in an 08. and they would be 6k watt. also what about smoked lenses? cab lights dually fender etc and tail lights

You shouldnt have a problem all my dads company trucks (f350's) have hids and they go through the scales about 3-4 times a day and i think the new volvo road tractor have hids.

I could see it being a problem when you have your dot inspection but i dontsee why they would bother you on the scales or anywhere else
