Transmission shuddering

Anyone else's tranny shuddering when shifting in 1st , 2nd, and 3rd

My dads 2012 did at 15k and the torque converter was replaced.

It only has 2500 miles on it. I took it to the dealer and they said keep driving it

Yea same thing yet told my dad. It happened last summer when he towed the trailer for SLC to St.George (26' sportsman ) and in his 08 he would use Tow/Haul and seems like the '12 said to not use Tow/Haul for anything less then 10k or something.

You took it in and it's documented don't give up and I would back every month. Be friendly to the service manager maybe consider another approach to the conversation.

Well my uncle works for ford so he is going to call the corporate office for me
