Nearly 99 tow hooks?

So did ford forget to put them on?

Well im gonna be getting some shortly and was wondering if any of you early 99 guys put them on and if it was a pita or not. Seems like there's just a plate that needs to be removed and then the hooks just bolt on?

Unbolt the bumper, and remove it. Remove the plates, they just slide off. Paint your bumper brackets and frame that the bumper bolts to, to get rid of the rust. Then bolt the tow hooks in. Then put bumper back on...



LOL

It's a really simple process... shouldn't take longer then 20 min
