flatbed paint

Hey guys, I have recently put a flatbed on my truck and sanded it down and painted it with some roll on rustoleum semi gloss. Well everytime I put something on there or scoot something on it, its peels and scratches the paint. I'm so tired of repainting it like every two weeks. Anybody have any suggestions on what I could use. I was thinking about the truck bed liner but heard it would peel and bubble. I want to keep it on the cheap. Heck , I may just have to keep repainting it. It will never rust, lol...

We just painted my flatbed and frame with ppg alkaloid enamel.. layed it on thick and seems to do alright. If we have to redo it we are gonna go with American 450h I think its made by ppg, hands down.

I'm probably gonna repaint it this weekend. It just seems like when I put something on the bed that is always just peels it up when I scoot it around. I may sand it all the way back down to bare metal again.
