Loud bang issue

Well, I just got done doing headstuds on my motor...
Got the motor back in and running this weekend...
And now when I go down the road, and make a turn sometimes there is a loud pop and you can feel it...
At first I thought it was my tie rod, but it all looks good...
Kind-of dumbfounded as to what else it could be, its got to do with stearing cause it only does it when your turning and driving... not when you turn the wheel when it is parked...

Any Ideas?

Steering box bolts or the front cross member rivet next to the box is worth a look.

true, but i would think it would have to be something to do with me pulling the motor... unless its just my bad luck... ill definitely look at that tomorrow though. Thanks
