I have a fully loaded 2011 CCSB.
Theres a switch/button in the center console for either the 3 phases for the heated seats, or 3 phases for cooled seats.
This is located to the left of the small LED display that shows either your desired cabin temp, or the external temperature, and iirc directly to the right of the knob you'd spin to adjust the HVAC temp.
I've spent the last 20+ minutes looking on fordparts.com and can't seem to find this part.
I need a new one because mine got coffee in it, and it sticks now. I have to now jab it 4+ times to get my heated seats to kick in.
The passenger side switch/unit is fine. I just need the drivers side one.
