No those tires are not included, I do have a set of 37x13.50R20 Toyo MT's that are pretty worn that can go with them if interested thou.

They have even wear, about 5-10k left in the tires.
One wheel has a little bit of what looks like pitting, but not very noticeable. You can't really see it in the pictures, but what looks like pitting in the rest of the pictures is just from the camera.
