Factory Stereo Removal?? 2008 F250

Ok, I have searched everywhere, and have come across a couple different "removal lists"

Does someone have a link, or can explain exactly what needs to be removed from the dash to remove/replace the factory head unit?

By using a flathead screw driver and prying out at the little slot. Should pop right out. There will be 1 7mm screw behind each little cover. After those are out just pull out on the dash piece all the way around. Be careful but it will take some force. You will need to undo some wiring connections to completely remove the dash panel. Once that's off you can remove the radio. Should be 4 7mm screws holding it in.

I found 4 different versions online, found nothing in my searches here, and only 1 of them was right as you have confirmed.
2 of them had me removing the vents!!
