o6 f350 4x4 not unlocking

Hey guys having some problems with my dually the 4x4 will not disengage. I have replaced the motor on the transfer case and it didint do anything. The switch doesent seem to have any power to the switch. Its a 06 with auto hubs the dash light stays on also/.

Just for giggles, try putting the truck in neutral, then switching out of 4x4, then back to drive. Also try reversing and turning the wheel back and forth while backing up. These auto hubs can be finicky at times. Might need to take them apart and clean/grease them up too.
