HPOP edge filter (in my hand)

I can't catch a flipping break with this damn truck... Got my electrical problem solved and have HPOP explode all over the engine... It appears the drain on my front HPOP in the stealth setup is missing. The 'edge filter' is in my hands...

So what do I do? Is the HPOP toast? I need to get the truck drivable to get it home. If the HPOP is toast, I will go back to 1 HPOP for now...
