Steering wheel control interface

Install a new system in the truck and picked up a swi-rc. To interface with the steering wheel controls.
The PAC website is down right now and I can't find which wire on a 2005 to connect the white wire to?

Also I don't know how to program it.

This install is kicking my a@@. So I found it is pin 18 blue with red tracer. Still won't program. Online it says switch position 2 for jvc. On the book it says switch position 3.
Neither of them program to the volume.
