99-04 bumper and tow hooks for sale

Just got Steve's(genuineford) bumper, so my stock bumper and tow hooks need to go. The tow hooks are in good shape, one bolt was busted off when I went to take them off. The stock powder coating is there but rough in places, I can get a closer pic if need be. The bumper is as pictured, it does have a small dent on the driver side front and I do think it could be popped out. I am willing to ship the tow hooks, but would prefer pick up of the bumper as size and weight would kill on shipping.
