A local Community association is looking to score some fundraising monies, they have had a truck pull and a rodeo this year alone. I want to approach them about an all out truck festival. A 4 wheel Jambo to scale. To include a burn out contest, a dyno trailer, show and shine, truck pulls and or tuga truck competition. A swap meet and of course food. There are trucks coming out of the wood work around here! Especially now with Marcellus Shale in full swing. I need to get hooked up venders that would be interested, contestants for the various attractions and fans that would come to it. We have an arena were we have had monster truck shows before but I am concerned with the amount of participation, has anyone done something similar in your home town? How would you suggest I move this forward? Thanks.
